Langton Green provides residential supports for individuals who are developmentally disabled, by assisting them with tasks such as: cooking, cleaning, bathing, toileting and community integration. Full time employment comes with a comprehensive benefit package that includes a Medical & Dental plan where Langton Green, Inc. pays 100% of the premium. Our current rate of pay ranges from $9.00 - $9.50 an hour for the awake overnight position, $10.00 - $10.60 an hour for relief staff and support staff, and $10.50- $11.10 an hour for live- in staff, and $11.00 - $11.50 for House Managers. Positions that are currently available are:

Fulltime live in on the weekends, that is from Friday at 3:00pm to Sunday at 9:30pm, and it is every weekend. Fulltime live in during the week, from Sunday night through Friday morning off each day between the hours of 9am & 3pm Part time Weekends, Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am to 9:00pm.

Conditions for employment are as follows: A High school diploma/GED, MD driver’s license, and a minimum of 3 years of verifiable employment history. You may call the office between the hours of 10am - 12noon and 1pm - 3pm to schedule an interview
